Fully furnished, stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and hair dry, just bring your suitcase.

Renter pays electric at cost, we pay water, garbage, sewer, WiFi/internet. Gated off-street parking for one vehicle. Kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom, living room, dining area in kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Queen bed, full bath, refridgerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.

Maximum occupancy 2.

$1700/month including utilities except electric, $1700 refundable deposit, $40 fee per adult occupant for background/credit check.

$100 cleaning fee.

$200 electricity deposit, partartial refund applied at rental termination, according to actual use.

Total price includes revocable 7 hours of reserved private time use of the dog park/lawn/picnic area per week.

Pets negotiable.
